fairtrade fortnight 2019

fairtrade fortnight 2019

Come and join us for coffee and a chat!

We are having an informal coffee morning for members and their friends and family on Saturday 2 March at The Golden Griffin Pub in Sele Farm, Hertford from 11am to 12.30pm. Just drop in and enjoy a complimentary tea/coffee and meet your fellow Co-op Party members.

Also, as this will take place in Fairtrade Fortnight and this year’s theme is cocoa(!), expect some chocolate-based goodies to try! Co-op shops are committed to Fairtrade; all the cocoa, bananas, tea and coffee they sell or use as an ingredient are Fairtrade, helping to change lives through the products they sell in store. So, take a break from your busy day for an hour, or even just half an hour and enjoy our social get together in a relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you there.

Directions to The Golden Griffin, Windsor Drive, Hertford SG14 2DQ. The pub is situated at the junction of the B1000 Welwyn Road and Windsor Drive, opposite The Sele School. There are various buses that go to Sele Farm such as the 396 from Hertford town centre and the 395 from Ware. If you need any more information then please contact me, Janet Wareham, Branch Secretary, at calling.card@outlook.com.

This venue is wheelchair accessible and dog friendly.
