Saturday 2 March in Reading will be an active one, with two campaigning sessions, and a sandwich lunch and a talk.
We will be out on the campaign trail supporting Labour& Co-op Council candidates in Reading and our Labour & Co-op PPC for Reading West, Rachel Eden.
The meet place is Reading Labour Party Office 34, 62 Portman Road Reading RG30 1EA. There is free unlimited parking available. Reading West station is the closest station but is a 25 minute walk away. Lifts from stations can be arranged if necessary.
The morning session will begin at 10.30am at Fircroft Close, Reading RG31 6LJ for canvassing.
The afternoon campaign session will begin at 2pm outside the Coop 55-57 Erleigh Rd, Reading RG1 5NL – there will be more street canvassing and telephone canvassing will be available too. Parking is available at Erleigh Rd Co-op (which won a prize for being the best in the country!!)
