Co-operative Party conference is a great opportunity to share your ideas and represent your local party. Whether it’s asking a question in a fringe or getting up on the main stage in one of our policy debates, there are plenty of ways to get involved and be heard.

Getting up and speaking in front of an audience can be a daunting task – whether you’re a first time delegate or a long-time attendee.

We have put together a short guide to help you draft a speech – and if you want to go through it with us, our Policy Officer Anna Birley will be on hand at conference to run through your ideas too.
