Our Annual Conference brings together hundreds of members and supporters from across the co-operative and labour movements to learn more about our work, help shape Party policy and discuss our priorities and campaigns.

Getting to the Conference Venue

Venue Address: The Queens Hotel, City Square, Leeds, LS1 1PJ

By Rail: Leeds Train Station is adjacent to the hotel with its own private entrance direct from the station concourse.

Please be aware that rail strikes are taking place on Saturday 8th October, which coincides with the first day of our Conference. If you were planning on travelling to Leeds by train on Saturday morning, you may need to make new arrangements – such as finding new means of travel, or travelling to Leeds on Friday evening ahead of the strike.

By Bus: Leeds Bus and Coach Station is a short walk from the hotel. View local bus timetables here.

By Car: The postcode for your Satnav that gets you closest to the hotel is LS1 4DY

Car parking is available nearby at:

  • Q-Park Sovereign Square, LS1 4AG: Located above Bibi's Restaurant, and just a short 5 minute walk from the Queens, this car park features 499 spaces, including 4 Electric Car charging stations and accommodates vehicles up to 2m. Collect a ticket upon arrival at the car park and settle at Queens Hotel reception for a rate of £15 per 24 hours.
  • Train Station Multi Storey Car Park, Aire Street, LS1 4HT: Just around the corner from the hotel (or a short cut through the station), this car park has 307 spaces, 56 electric car charging stations and accommodates vehicles up to 2.1m. Collect a ticket upon arrival at the car park, and upon check-out validate this with the reception team to earn your 20% discount (equates to £16 per 24 hours).

Arrival and accreditation

Visitors and delegates can pick up their Conference pass at the Co-operative Party registration desk at the Queens Hotel, on production of valid ID, at these times:

  • Friday 7 October: 5pm to 6.30pm
  • Saturday 8 October: 8.30am onwards
