Frame 120

The UK has produced some of the best artists in the world – but fans who want to see their favourite artists are increasingly being priced out.

From dynamic pricing that drive prices surging in seconds, to touts reselling tickets way above face value, fans are being frozen out.

With tickets often being relisted for thousands of pounds just minutes after they're originally sold, ticket touting is ruining live music and leaving real fans in the cold.

Some artists go out of their way to stop tickets being resold by touts, but there’s only so much they can do on their own.

That’s why we’re campaigning for tough new powers to crack down on ticket touts and the websites they use.

We need a new licensing system with strong powers which can take down secondary ticketing platforms where touting happens, and hand out fines to stop touts from taking advantage of fans.
