WE need a
Minister for ENDING hunger

Across our country, millions of people go hungry every day. The current pandemic has exposed the existing weaknesses in people's access to food, and with the rising threat of unemployment, food poverty risks becoming a problem for even more families.

There is no place in a developed country for hunger. The Government must now show a commitment to ending it by appointing a dedicated Minister for Ending Hunger, with responsibility for making sure everyone has access to healthy, nutritious food.
