Decades of privatisation have failed, leaving customers, employees and taxpayers to foot the bill. It’s time we bring essential services and utilities like rail, water and energy back into public hands.

Workers and customers deserve a say and a stake in the services they rely on every day. So it’s time for a new model of public ownership where services like the railways are run in the interest of the people who use and work in them, not for private profit.

The rail, water and energy industries should be owned and run their users and staff. A new, democratic, accountable form of public ownership.
