Postal Vote Campaign

We don't yet know how the pandemic will affect the elections, so it is a good idea to encourage your supporters to vote by post. That means their vote will be sent by post around two weeks before the polling date, giving them plenty of time to make sure they can vote.

Share about postal voting on social media

Use your networks

Lead by example: get a PV yourself to see how easy it is (and it’ll remind you when you need to GOTV the postal vote when you get it)

Make sure your branch secretary is reminding Labour members to get a PV, ideally by phoning people up as well as emailing them links to Council website, branch & forums.

Push PVs as a safe and convenient way to vote through Whatsapp Groups, supportive Facebook groups, your friends and neighbours > the people that will pay attention are very likely to be Labour and your supporters.
