Nomination Form

All nominees must be a member of the Co-operative Party and be nominated by a relevant Party Council or Society.  All nominations must be made via this form and arrive no later than Friday 26 September.  Find more information about the CAC by contacting events@party.coop.

Nominations are open to all members with the exception of members in Wales or South Region, as they are already represented on CAC for 2025/26.

The CAC elections will be held at Annual Conference in London on 15/16 November 2025, with two places for a 4 year term.
