Party Council and Subscribing Society Secretaries can use the below form to submit the details of the delegates they will be sending to our 2025 Annual Conference below.
You must submit this form individually for each delegate, in order to ensure their information - including dietary and accessibility requirements - are securely transmitted. Once have submitted the details of one delegate, please refresh the page and submit the form again for each delegate you intend to send.
