It’s time to reform our leasehold system. The 5 million leaseholders who live in England and Wales , often in marginal constituencies , will welcome such a proposal. Virtually all the English-speaking world has done away with the leasehold system.

Places like Oxford Street, Regent Street and Carnaby Street have become go-to places for many people when visiting London. However, for too many of our shopworkers working in our constituency’s many retail stores, they’re now facing a daily routine of threats, abuse and violence.
