If you wish, you can submit your nomination statement in video or audio format. If you wish to submit a statement in multiple formats, the content of each format must remain the same.

• Your video/audio statement should be recorded in a well lit room using a stable camera. Please try to minimise background noise.
• Please film in landscape rather than portrait if possible.
• Please watch/listen back to your statement before submission to make sure your audio and video are clear.
• Please upload your video in MP4 or MOV format. For audio, please use MP3 or WAV format.
• To send us your files, please use the file uploader on the nomination form. If this does not work for you, please send it using WeTransfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or a similar file sharing option.
• Your statement is limited to 300 words, as it would be if submitted in writing. We will transcribe anything up to 300 words from your statement for those who wish to view it written down.
• For timing your video, you should roughly estimate a reading rate of three words per second, so a 300 word statement would take 100 seconds.
