This year our Annual Conference will take place across two days: Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th November. Day 1 on Saturday 15th November will begin at 11am and is open to all members and supporters with a visitor, delegate or ex-officio pass.
We will be showcasing the best of co-operative politics with keynote speakers, panels, fringe discussion, workshops and more: -
Following the end of plenary debates around 5pm, attendees are welcome to join us for a drinks reception featuring a special guest speaker and the chance to network with liked-minded people .
Day 2 on Sunday 16th November will take place from 9:30am-1.30pm, and will cover the Business of Conference - including votes on our policy papers, motions and organisational business. While visitors are welcome to attend and listen in our policy debates, only delegates will be able to vote in debates and motions, and delegates will have speaking priority during debates.
Our Annual Conference will be taking place this year in Central London. For security reasons, details of the venue will be released to passholders only following registration.
The full programme for Conference will be released soon, but rest assured it will be packed with engaging sessions, inspiring speakers, and plenty of opportunities to connect and collaborate.
Our visitor passes for conference are open to those who support our aims and ideals, whether or not you are a Co-operative Party member. You can purchase a visitor pass that covers the entire conference weekend, or for a particular day of the conference. We also offer a reduced rate Youth Visitor pass.
Delegate passes are for official Delegates, who are sent to Annual Conference to represent their local Co-operative Party Council or Subscribing Society, and vote on their behalf during the Business of Conference. If you would like to attend conference as a Delegate, contact your local Party Council to see if any Delegate places remain for your area.
Ex-officio passes are available to all Co-operative Party elected representatives. These are available at the same cost as visitor passes, but give holders enhanced speaking priority during the Business of Conference.
We’re thrilled to welcome an inspiring line-up of our partner organisations and co-operatives in our exhibition space. These organisations share our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and community and celebrate the power of co-operative action and shared purpose. Our exhibitors represent the very best of what happens when people work together — creating sustainable businesses, empowering local communities, and driving positive change across sectors. As you explore the exhibition, take the opportunity to connect, share ideas, and discover new partnerships. Every stand tells a story — of creativity, co-operation, and commitment to a fairer future.
