Good quality childcare should be a right that every parent and carer can enjoy, not a privilege reserved for those families who can afford it. Innovative co-operative approaches are making a growing contribution to the childcare sector, helping to put staff and parents in control of early years provision which delivers for children. In this event, we will look at how we can improve staff retention in the sector, boost overall funding for childcare and increase the priority status of the sector in government.
