Join our online meet-up for Co-operative Party members living in Milton Keynes and Buckinghamshire on Thursday 2 July at 6pm.
As well as a chance to hear from other members and discuss how we can build Co-operative campaigns in your area, we’ll also be joined by Emma Hoddinott, the Co-operative Party’s Local Government Officer.
Emma will give an update on the incredible work being done by Labour and Co-operative councillors across the country, and our plans to grow the number of councillors ahead of next May’s bumper set of elections.
We’ll also be discussing the Party’s new Love It? List It? campaign to protect community assets and spaces, and how you can play a part.
This meeting will take place during Co-ops Fortnight, a celebration of the UK’s 7,000+ co-operatives – showing a way of doing business that puts communities before profits.
