It is made up of four members elected by Conference and a fifth member nominated by the National Executive Committee (NEC). The current committee members are: Richard Bickle, Chair (West Midlands Region) Russell Porteous (North East & North Cumbria Region) – term of office expires at Conference 2015 Nutan Modi (East Midlands Region) – term of office expires at Conference 2015 Theresa Vaughan (Yorkshire & the Humber Region) Lis Telcs (NEC) Shane Brogan, Secretary (Appointed by the General Secretary on behalf of the NEC) CAC Elections 2015 The CAC elections will be held at Conference on 19 and 20 September, with one place for a 3 year term, and one place for a 1 year term. All nominees must be a member of the Co-operative Party, attend Conference as a delegate and be nominated by a relevant Party Council or Society. Nominations are open to all members with the exception of the Yorkshire & the Humber and West Midlands regions as they are already represented on CAC.
