The UK Government’s announcement of a new £10 million fund last week to support the growth of community energy in England is certainly a step in the right direction. However to unlock the true potential of community-owned energy, we must be more ambitious in our vision for locally-owned energy. 

Together, our movement is winning.

The cost-of-living crisis is still hammering down on communities across the UK. But our movement has risen to the challenge and is helping to deliver the practical, co-operative solutions our country needs.
