What Officers need to know:

Please read: if you want to know how to get the most out of this year’s annual conference and enable your members to engage with conference, then please share with your branch members and Party Council:

  • your branch and Party Council will be asked to review the policy suggestions and organisational motions.
  • you should look to holding a conference meeting for your members so that conference delegates can represent their opinions.
  • please consult members in order to make a nomination to the recognition of merit award.
  • please consult with members who may be interested in being on the Conference Arrangements Committee election.
  • Only 2 topical issues have been proposed, so no ballot is required, and both topics will be addressed (see below).
Note also
  • All conference literature will be provided online only.   Copies will be available for collection at Conference only if you have contacted us to ask for them in advance.
  • Early-bird delegate registration is now closed.
  • Please register all your delegate names, using the box in the Action Points “Book your delegation passes and  accommodation”
  • Are you represented? could your branch support someone from one of the Party Networks?, Youth, BAME, Disability, LGBT+, Women to be a delegate or visitor?

You can also find out more information about the Conference venue, transport and nearby accommodation in the action points boxes.
