Please make sure that you have sent us your delegate list (including the lead delegate) by 14 September, and booked their travel and accommodation.  We also need to know as soon as possible if any of your delegates have access or dietary requirements, so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

Delegate packs will be sent out on 21 September, together with a link to all the documents on-line.  Party Council and Society Secretaries will also receive copies of key documents and the AGM agenda.

Rule Changes proposed by the NEC will be included in the Delegate Guide, along with details of the candidates nominated for the Conference Arrangements Committee election. There was only one organisational motion accepted by Conference Arrangements Committee, and no amendments were submitted.
