1. Attendance

172 members, including 42 delegates representing twenty-five local Co-operative Parties, Societies and affiliates, were present.

2. To receive the revenue account and balance sheet for 2024

Following the presentation of the Board Report and Accounts and questions, the Board Report and Accounts 2024 was approved.

3. To receive a report on the Party’s performance in 2024 and forward plans for the next two years

The General Secretary and Senior Management Team presented the Annual Review and forward look.

4. To appoint financial auditors

The re-appointment of Crowe UK as the Party’s Auditors was approved.
