91 members, including 47 delegates representing twenty-seven local Co-operative Parties, Societies and affiliates, were present

2. To receive the revenue account and balance sheet for 2025.

Following the presentation of the Board Report and Accounts and questions, the Board Report and Accounts 2025 was approved.

3. To receive a report on the Party’s performance in 2025 and forward plans for the next two years

The General Secretary presented the Annual Review and forward look.

4. To appoint financial auditors

The re-appointment of Crowe UK as the Party’s Auditors was approved.
