If you are an officer and you have a query, do have a look at the Officer Hub on the website, it is designed to answer most questions that our officers have. https://party.coop/ go along the line which starts with Home to the drop down menu Officers. If your query is not covered there then do please ring. And if you could drop us a line about any sections of the hub that you feel need amending or clarifying please let us know. We have made Thursday the day to call with Party Support queries. On other days I will be out and about and queries are harder to deal with – if you leave a message on other days I will call back on Thursday unless it is urgent. If I cannot my colleagues Shane or Joel will contact you about your query. Ring me on my office number 020 7367 4168 John Boyle Party Support and Principle Six Office Do put Co-op Party events onto the website As officers you can put events that your local party is organising in our events page go into the Officer Hub page on our website https://party.coop/officers/ And if your local branch or Party Council is involved in a co-operative event then consider putting that on too. If you are holding an event, do you need resources? Let us know if you need leaflets or merchandise, though you may have to pay for some of that. Remember we have an Activity fund to help parties hold events. Donations, gifts to the Party Have you had any donations locally paid, if so please do let us know, if they are over £500 you have to tell us, but even if its less we would like to know so we know what’s going on and perhaps we could send a thank you card. The Party Council Treasurer must keep accurate financial records throughout the year, produce an Annual Statement of Accounts and identify and report donations and loans at the end of each quarter. the next quarter is 14th October.
