However, there are a few items of information we need from you. If you have not yet secured your delegate places, you can read our briefing on how to do so here What we need from you Names of delegates Please send us a list of names of those who will be attending, as well as any access requirements they may have The name of your lead delegate Please specify in writing which of your delegates will serve as the ‘Lead Delegate’. They will be responsible for collecting voting cards on your delegation’s behalf. You may also designate a ‘Deputy Delegate’ in case you are delayed or unable to attend. More about Lead Delegates Please specify in writing who is the lead delegate. The lead delegate must collect voting cards from the Party’s conference registration desk. A list of all lead delegates will be located at conference registration. In the event that you have to change lead delegate, a deputy may be appointed. However they will be responsible for collecting card votes from the lead delegate. In conference debates, questions and comments from delegates will take priority over those from visitors. When addressing Conference, please ask your delegates to introduce themselves and state what local party they represent.
