This year UK Pride is back! After an enforced hiatus due to the Covid-19 Pandemic we can once again come together to celebrate our LGBTQ+ community and demand the changes we need to ensure we can all live as our authentic selves.
With UK Pride marking 50 years it’s sure to be a great celebration of the progress we have made in demanding our rights, as well as a chance to raise our voices to defend them from those who would take them away from us.
And with the recent Conservative Party leadership contest descending into transphobia it is vital that we stand shoulder to shoulder with our Trans+ siblings and march for their rights and against bigotry.
So, join us on Saturday 23rd July! We will be meeting from 11.30am outside the Newcastle Civic Centre ready for the march to begin shortly after!
Let us know if you’re coming!
