With soaring house prices and unaffordable rents now endemic across the Capital, the need for quality, affordable housing is more pressing as ever. In a market that is broken, what is the co-operative alternative?

Join us for a round table on housing policy to hear about how co-operative models of housebuilding and home ownership can be part of the solution. Share your experiences, debate policy ideas and feed in directly to developing the Co-operative Party’s policy on housing, which will be discussed and debated at Conference in October.

We’re delighted to be joined by:

  • Cllr Mark Williams
Cabinet Member for New Homes, London Borough of Lambeth
  • Dinah Roake
Chair of Brixton Green, a co-operative housing project in Lambeth

All co-operative Party members are welcome.
