Fifty-six delegates representing thirty-two local Co-operative Parties, Societies and affiliates were present.  In addition to the registered delegates, 86 Individual members attended.

Following the presentation of the Board Report and Accounts and questions, the Board Report and Accounts 2020 were approved.

The General Secretary and Senior Management Team presented the Annual Review and forward look.

Following a full re-tender process, the NEC recommended the re-appointment of Crowe UK.  This was approved.
