Attendance Fifty-six delegates representing thirty-two local Co-operative Parties, Societies and affiliates were present. In addition to the registered delegates, 86 Individual members attended. To receive the revenue account and balance sheet for 2020 Following the presentation of the Board Report and Accounts and questions, the Board Report and Accounts 2020 were approved. To appoint financial auditors Following a full re-tender process, the NEC recommended the re-appointment of Crowe UK. This was approved. For 38,936 Against 199 Abstain 211 To adopt the following change to the Rules of Co-operative Party Ltd. Delete: General Meetings 10.1. The Party is to hold a general meeting (called the annual general meeting) each year, normally at the same venue and on the same occasion as the Annual Party Conference. The annual general meeting is to be convened by the Board Secretary by order of the National Executive Committee. Insert: General Meetings 10.1. The Party is to hold a general meeting (called the annual general meeting) each year. Any meeting of the Society, including the annual general meeting, may be held in a venue, on-line or hybrid, as determined by the National Executive Committee.
