• A purple tablecloth with the new logo
• A handful of membership forms
• A selection of new merchandise including badges and pens
• A USB stick pre-loaded with template meeting agendas, a PowerPoint presentation, logo files and a library of photos and videos to use in meetings.

• The pack is available to all Co-operative Party branches and party councils
• The person ordering the Pack on behalf of their branch or council should be the Chair, Secretary or Treasurer
• Only one pack is available for each local party, so it is crucial that local parties agree which Officer will be responsible for ordering, and that they provide a valid delivery address.
• Many of the items in the pack will also be available to order individually from the Party shop from early March.

• The Pack’s contents are worth around £150, but to make the new brand affordable, it is being made available at a subsidised cost.
• The amount charged to your local Party will vary depending on whether your local party is supported by the Co-operative Group or by an independent co-operative society, starting at just £25.
• If you would like to confirm the cost your branch or party council will pay before ordering, feel free to get in touch.
• There’s no need to pay the cost upfront. When ordering you can opt to be sent an invoice or to simply have the cost deducted from your annual party grant.

We hope that from when it launches in March, local Parties will be keen to adopt and use the new brand.

Ordering a Starter Pack certainly isn’t compulsory (and please don’t order one if you don’t intend to use it!) but the subsidised cost is intended to ensure that money isn’t a barrier.

As well as giving your meetings and activity a smarter look, we also hope the new templates for meeting minutes and agendas will be of practical benefit in making your local party run more efficiently too.

We do ask that after March the ‘old’ logo and brand are no longer be used. So where you do currently use materials that carry the existing Party brand, these should be updated or replaced.
